Where do I find my pairing code?

Your pairing code is located in:

  1. On your Gateway device: Check the LED display or the label on the bottom
  2. In your dashboard: Navigate to Settings → Gateway → Pairing Code
  3. In the Clawdbot app: Go to Devices → Add New Device → Show Code

My code says "Invalid or Expired"

Pairing codes expire after 24 hours for security. To generate a new code:

  1. Go to your Clawdbot dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings → Gateway
  3. Click "Generate New Code"
  4. Use the new code within 24 hours

If you continue to have issues, try resetting your gateway: clawdbot gateway reset

Connection keeps timing out

Timeout issues are usually network-related:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify firewall isn't blocking Clawdbot
  • Ensure your Gateway is powered on
  • Try restarting the Clawdbot service: clawdbot restart
